Managed a few paddles recently, Out surfing at dunnet beach with some big rough sets rolling in had a few big wipeouts and I could hardly move the next day. I think I know what its like to go through the cold wash cycle of a washing machine now. The good this is no swims this time I am getting my rolls in a lot better now :-)
10340 rpm on my powerball, I have only had it for a few hours and this is my best time so far. its kinda addictive and my arms are pumped.........................................

well its been a while since I sent my £20 to the free laptop site ! what a bloody swizz not much movement on the list, Oh well if it sounds to good to be true it must be shite. Never mind you live and learn (the hard way sometimes)

Just enjoying a nice big beer, A late birthday pressie from my bro. Thanks John!! All is well in my world at the moment, no 2 child is on the way and is due in november, struggling to think of names at the moment, Audrey has some funny ideas for names....... putting it down to hormone levels at the mo. Havent been out for a paddle in a few weeks :-( river has been really low and the surf is non existant, Roll on the rain :-)
