Managed a few paddles recently, Out surfing at dunnet beach with some big rough sets rolling in had a few big wipeouts and I could hardly move the next day. I think I know what its like to go through the cold wash cycle of a washing machine now. The good this is no swims this time I am getting my rolls in a lot better now :-)

10340 rpm on my powerball, I have only had it for a few hours and this is my best time so far. its kinda addictive and my arms are pumped.........................................
